What does plant-based mean?

The term “plant-based” has been used a lot lately, and bent to fit many meanings, but for us plant-based means all vegan (no animal products whatsoever). We pride ourselves on offering, and always offering, an exclusively plant-based (vegan) menu.
What’s the parking situation at both of your locations?

Downtown Cville: Limited street parking is available. Please check the signs though for more guidance. There is also a parking garage next to us, Market Street Garage. (elevators available)
Crozet: There are a few spots directly in front of the building, as well as two lots directly behind and adjacent to the building. All parking is free here!
Do you offer catering?

We do! However, we have a limited space & sadly cannot accept ALL orders at this time. For inquiries, availability, and our catering menu PDF (should we just have a link with this…?), please contact events@botanicalfare.com
Who can I talk to about charity/donations?

You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email (events@botanicalfare.com). We aim to respond quickly — usually within 1-3 business days. Donations for charity will not be given over the phone.

Downtown Cville: Yes! There are no stairs, and we have installed hand rails in our larger bathroom. If any further assistance is needed, please let us know! We are always happy to take constructive criticism and make improvements.
Crozet: Yes! If you come in on the side where Crozet Creamery is (this is technically the 2nd level, but looks like the ground floor), there is an elevator that can you up to 4R (Bar Botanical). Both bathrooms are large and have handrails.
