I've been working on building a robust vegan set of offerings and I'm so excited to make an attempt at laminated the pan de coco dough. I know it makes great coconut cinnamon rolls, sandwich loaves, and maybeeeee.. a croissant? who knows!?

These boxes and loaves go to benefit @sin.barreras as they continue to work on making Cville a better place for immigrants.
